We have recently launched a new version based on Web Services (SOAP technology) that enables clients to undergo integration quickly and with few errors. In addition, Web Service provides access to static data (destinations, board types, categories, and hotel dossiers) for optimal implementation in clients' mapping processes. The booking engine has the same features as the web search booking: speed, user-friendliness and simplicity. Only three requests (search, detail and confirmation) are enough to have a confirmed booking. Moreover, the search request is very flexible and can be made following multiple criteria, providing searches per region, per city or per hotel list.

Valadis Manager allows you to increase and improve your current product portfolio. From one system, you will coordinate product purchase from suppliers independently. With our purchase XML integration tool, you can integrate the product from top international suppliers.  Valadis Manager has currently 21 suppliers available through XML integration and is constantly adding new ones (both wholesalers and incoming, see box below), although we can develop for you new integration with the suppliers you need.

Supplier XML connections of Valadis Manager offer you advanced features in the application of unrestricted sales policies (mark-ups, prices), enabling management of the supplier-product mix with full flexibility and precision thanks to its powerful, real-time, integrated-supplier management tool.

• Each hotel may be associated to one or more suppliers, free of duplications.
• A single hotel offers availability and prices from all the suppliers that have been associated to it. The system may be configured to determine the results that will be shown to clients. The ruled applied by default is showing the best price for the same type of room and board.
• Searches for one destination among associated suppliers are done simultaneously which means that the number of suppliers does not slow the searching process. In fact, a maximum response time, per supplier, can be determined. This means that a greater number of suppliers does not imply a slower system, but a system with greater availability and better prices for clients.
• Product and price rules may be established per supplier, and per hotel.
• Static data mappings (destinations, categories, hotels, etc.) are done using simple management screens, with no intervention from the Technology department needed.
